Annual & Pro-Rata Billing
Annual Software Maintenance package fees are billed in sync with your hosting service. This means if your hosting service period starts in April, then your Software Maintenance package will also renew in April. Therefore, if you start a Software Maintenance package at any other time, the service will begin with a pro-rata bill for the remaining time in the current hosting period.
We do this so that you have fewer things to remember across a year.
What Software Updates are included?
WordPress, Theme & Plugins - we will run recommended and safe software update releases. (When there are major software version releases, we will wait until the bugs are known and fixed to run the update of the safer version. We will roll back updates that cause a code conflict to a previous version. We will not run updates to software that is known to cause a code conflict.)
What if website is hacked or malware found?
If your website is hacked while you are on our Software Maintenance package, we will promptly restore it at our no additional cost.
What if upgrades are needed?
If we find that any upgrades are required or recommended (in addition to the software updates) to keep your website running smoothly, we will advise for you to approve before we implement suggested upgrades at our hourly rate.
